WHAT IS THE SINGING BODY?
The Singing Body, previously called CrystalVoice, is an approach to naturally unfolding the human voice. It will take
you from wherever you are and dramatically improve your singing quickly, easily
and enjoyably. The Singing Body provides a standardized approach by which anyone can
discover their own unique sound and free the full power of their voice.
HOW IS THE SINGING BODY DIFFERENT?
The Singing Body contends that the whole body is the vocal instrument, rather than a
few isolated parts. It reminds and enlivens the body's natural ability to sing
effortlessly and thereby allows any emotional, physiological or psychological
blocks inhibiting the voice to be dissolved.
The Singing Body focuses on the quality of sound as free- floating, powerful and
effective. In that state the sound can then be colored and flavored from the
body's emotional centers. The result, along with increased vitality and well
being, is a pure, powerful expression of feelings and emotions through a full,
free, resonant voice.

WHO DEVELOPED THE SINGING BODY?
Edwin Coppard was a recording artist and a professional performing musician for
25 years before creating the CrystalVoice vocal system. By combining his
experiences with Eastern Philosophy, Educational Kinesiology, Hatha Yoga and
traditional musical training. Edwin and his partner Cheryl Coppard, founded
CrystalVoice Holistic Singing Workshops.

SHARON BOUSQUET ("BOOSKAY")
In 1988 Edwin Coppard began training certified instructors of CrystalVoice who
are now teaching throughout the world. Sharon Bousquet was a part of that first
teacher training workshop, as well as subsequent advanced training workshops.
Sharon assisted Edwin and Cheryl Coppard during teacher trainings in London England, Vancouver Canada, Iowa and on the
island of Maui, HI. Sharon did all of this while maintaining a private CV
practice and working as a professional musician. Here are a few of her recent
